What is GLOW50 (regenerative complex)?

GLOW50 is a ready-made, synergistic regenerative formula combining three peptides with complementary mechanisms: BPC-157 (5 mg), GHK-Cu (35 mg) and TB-500 (10 mg) — 50 mg of peptide substance in total. It is a complex aimed simultaneously at tissue regeneration, skin and collagen remodeling and anti-inflammatory action.

The strength of this formula comes from combining three different repair mechanisms. BPC-157 provides cytoprotection and angiogenesis, GHK-Cu (a copper peptide) drives collagen synthesis and skin remodeling, and TB-500 regulates actin and cell migration. Together they cover both the repair of connective and muscle tissue and the aesthetic aspect (skin, collagen) — more broadly than any of the peptides alone.

GLOW50 is the standard variant of the GLOW formula. The higher-dose version — GLOW70 (10 + 50 + 10 mg) — provides a more intensive effect; you will find a comparison of the two in the table below. It is a research complex — it is not a medicinal product and holds no registration for clinical use in the EU. It belongs to the category peptides for energy and regeneration.

In the version offered by Peptology, GLOW50 is supplied as a lyophilized complex with purity above 99% (HPLC/MS), confirmed by independent laboratory analysis (CoA for every batch), in a fixed composition of BPC-157 5 mg + GHK-Cu 35 mg + TB-500 10 mg. The product is intended exclusively for scientific research and in vitro applications.

Composition: BPC-157 5 mg + GHK-Cu 35 mg + TB-500 10 mg

The complex combines three peptides with different, complementary roles — each contributes a different element of regeneration and tissue remodeling (50 mg in total).

How GLOW50 works — three regeneration pathways

In the research literature, the components of GLOW50 are described as acting on three complementary fronts. Together they cover tissue repair, the rebuilding of skin and collagen, and the modulation of inflammation.

REPAIR (BPC-157 + TB-500)

BPC-157 supports angiogenesis and cytoprotection, and TB-500 — cell migration; together they accelerate the healing of tendons, muscles, skin and mucous membranes.

SKIN & COLLAGEN (GHK-Cu)

GHK-Cu stimulates the synthesis of collagen (types I and III), elastin and glycosaminoglycans, and matrix remodeling — a rejuvenating effect and improved skin firmness.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY

All three peptides are linked in research with limiting inflammation and supporting tissue homeostasis.

Why combining three peptides matters

Each component covers a different stage of regeneration: BPC-157 protects cells and rebuilds blood supply, TB-500 directs repair cells to the site of injury, and GHK-Cu rebuilds the extracellular matrix and collagen. In research practice this gives a combination of functional repair (connective tissue, muscles) with an aesthetic effect (skin), difficult to achieve with a single peptide.

GHK-Cu contributes a unique element here — as a copper peptide it not only stimulates collagen but, in studies, „resets" the gene-expression profile of aging skin cells toward a younger profile. These data come from preclinical studies and do not constitute a claim about the effect of the research-grade product.

Pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of the components

All three peptides have a relatively short presence in plasma, but they trigger regenerative cascades whose effects last longer.

  • BPC-157: half-life < 30 min; effects (angiogenesis, fibroblast migration) last days–weeks
  • GHK-Cu: a copper peptide (Gly-His-Lys + Cu); acts locally on fibroblasts, keratinocytes and the extracellular matrix
  • TB-500: half-life ~2–3 h; regulates actin and cell migration
  • Combined profile: short presence in plasma, long regenerative and tissue-remodeling action
  • Route of administration in protocols: subcutaneous or intramuscular, according to the research protocol
  • Form: lyophilized complex — three peptides in a single vial

Comparison: GLOW50 vs GLOW70

Both formulas contain the same three peptides (BPC-157 + GHK-Cu + TB-500) and differ only in doses. GLOW50 is the standard variant (50 mg in total), and GLOW70 — the enhanced one (70 mg in total), with a higher dose of BPC-157 and GHK-Cu. The table below helps choose the variant for the scale of the protocol.

GLOW50 (this page) GLOW70
BPC-157 5 mg 10 mg
GHK-Cu 35 mg 50 mg
TB-500 10 mg 10 mg
Total peptide amount 50 mg 70 mg
Purity > 99% (HPLC/MS) > 99% (HPLC/MS)
Profile / application Standard — balanced regeneration Enhanced — more intensive regeneration and anti-aging

Both variants contain identical, certified peptides with purity > 99% — the difference concerns only the doses of BPC-157 and GHK-Cu (TB-500 stays at 10 mg). You will find the enhanced variant here: GLOW70.

Research data on the components of GLOW50

Each of the components of GLOW50 has its own research literature (mainly preclinical). Below are the most important observations that explain the logic of the combination.

BPC-157 — repair and cytoprotection

In animal models, BPC-157 is linked with faster healing of tendons, ligaments and muscles, and with protection of the gastric and intestinal mucosa — mainly thanks to stimulating angiogenesis (VEGFR2) and fibroblast migration.

GHK-Cu — collagen and skin remodeling

GHK-Cu is a copper peptide with decades of research into skin regeneration. In models it is linked with a multi-fold increase in collagen synthesis (types I and III), improved matrix organization (decorin), MMP regulation and the „resetting" of the gene-expression profile of aging skin cells — hence its anti-aging role.

TB-500 — migration and connective tissue

TB-500 (a fragment of thymosin beta-4) regulates actin and accelerates the migration of repair cells, supporting soft-tissue healing, angiogenesis and the limitation of fibrosis.

Research dosing protocols

Important: The information below describes schedules used in research on the components of GLOW50. It is provided for scientific and informational purposes and does not constitute a recommendation for individual use, medical advice or administration instructions. The research-grade GLOW50 offered by Peptology is not a registered medicine.

As a ready-made complex, GLOW50 is administered as a single formula (three peptides in one vial), usually subcutaneously, in regenerative protocols:

  • Subcutaneous or intramuscular administration, according to the research protocol
  • The schedule is usually daily or several times a week, in cycles on the order of several weeks
  • Despite the short half-life of the components, the regenerative effects last longer
  • Higher doses: for more intensive protocols the variant GLOW70 is available

In combination protocols, GLOW50 is sometimes paired with GH-axis peptides (such as CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin) or with the simpler regenerative complex BB20 (BPC-157 + TB-500). These schedules come from the research literature and do not constitute a recommendation for self-administration.

Side effects and safety

In research observations, the components of GLOW50 are described as well tolerated. Side effects are usually mild, local and transient. It should be remembered that the data come mainly from preclinical models.

Common (mild)

  • Redness or pain at the injection site
  • Transient fatigue
  • Headache or muscle weakness at high doses

Less frequently

  • Transient sensitivity / mild tension
  • Nausea at higher doses
  • Local skin irritation (GHK-Cu)

To take into account

  • Pro-angiogenic action — caution in proliferation contexts
  • No clinical data in humans for the complex
  • Hypersensitivity to formula components

Most of the observed side effects are mild and transient. Because of the pro-angiogenic nature of the components, the complex requires caution in contexts related to cell proliferation. This information is scientific in nature and does not constitute an instruction for use.

Storage and reconstitution

GLOW50 is supplied as a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder in a vial, containing three peptides. In lyophilized form it is stable at room temperature, protected from light and moisture — refrigeration before reconstitution is not mandatory. After reconstitution, stability depends on the solvent used, with Peptide Matrix Water™ significantly extending the peptides' lifespan.

  • Before reconstitution: room temperature, in the original packaging, protected from light and moisture. A refrigerator is not mandatory.
  • After reconstitution with Peptide Matrix Water™: stability in the refrigerator +2 °C to +8 °C for up to 60 days under appropriate laboratory conditions — the stabilizing formula extends the peptides' lifespan relative to standard solvents.
  • After reconstitution with bacteriostatic or sterile water: stability in the refrigerator +2 °C to +8 °C for up to 28 days under appropriate conditions. Do not refreeze the reconstituted solution.
  • Reconstitution: in a laboratory environment, Peptide Matrix Water™, bacteriostatic water or sterile water for injection is usually used, depending on the protocol.
  • Volume: maximum 3 mL of solvent (capacity of a standard vial). For a precise calculation of volume and units, use the peptide calculator.
  • Homogenization: add the solvent slowly down the vial wall, without vigorous shaking — peptide bonds are sensitive to mechanical stress. Swirl gently, do not shake.

Laboratory tip: With your order, you can add Peptide Matrix Water™ to the cart — a stabilizing solution designed for working with reconstituted research peptides. More in the article Bacteriostatic water vs acetic acid vs matrix water.

Quick reference

Parameter Value
Form Lyophilized powder
Solvent Peptide Matrix Water
Reconstitution volume 1–3 mL — maximum 3 mL (capacity of the standard vial)
Storage before reconstitution Room temperature, protected from direct light (refrigeration not required)
After reconstitution Up to 60 days at +2 °C to +8 °C with Peptide Matrix Water

What you need

Precision pipette

Calibrated, 100–1000 µL — for accurately measuring the volume of solvent added to the vial.

70% alcohol swabs

Two swabs — to disinfect the peptide vial and the solvent vial.

Peptide Matrix Water

Stabilized solvent for lyophilized peptides. Why this one.

Five rules for reconstitution

✅ Correct ❌ Mistake
Disinfect the vial caps and the work surface with 70% alcohol; wear gloves Working without disinfection
Add the solvent slowly along the vial wall Direct jet onto the powder — foaming and denaturation
Gentle rolling between the palms Shaking — foam, which denatures peptides
10–15 minutes waiting at room temperature Mechanical mixing or heating
Visual check: clear, particle-free Working with a cloudy or discolored solution

Calculating concentration

⚠️ Maximum 3 mL solvent. The standard vial does not accommodate larger volumes — do not exceed during reconstitution.

  • Concentration (mg/mL) = mg in the vial ÷ mL of solvent
  • Volume per sample (mL) = amount per sample (mg) ÷ concentration (mg/mL)
  • 1 mg/mL = 1 µg/µL · 1 mL = 1000 µL

👉 For any vial and solvent volume — use the calculator. It calculates the concentration (mg/mL, µg/µL) and the volume per sample (mL, µL).

Storage

BEFORE RECONSTITUTION

Room temperature, protected from direct light, in original packaging. Refrigerator not required.

AFTER RECONSTITUTION

+2 °C to +8 °C, up to 60 days with Peptide Matrix Water. Discard any remainder after this period.

FREEZING

Not recommended. Freeze/thaw cycles degrade peptide structure.

Four mistakes to avoid

1. Shaking "to dissolve faster"

Foam = denaturation. Only gentle rolling between the palms.

2. Inappropriate solvent

For peptide stability use only sterile, specially formulated solvent — recommended Peptide Matrix Water.

3. Ignoring slight turbidity

Not fully clear = the sample does not meet the criteria for use.

4. Taking it out of the refrigerator "for an hour–two"

Short exposures add up and compromise stability.
