Where we deliver
Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. For other EU countries, please order from the Peptology store of your country.
Dispatch
Orders placed by 15:00 on working days leave our warehouse the same day; later orders leave on the next working day.
Delivery time
3–5 working days with GLS, to your address.
Shipping costs
€5 for orders under €50 – free shipping from €50.
Tracking
You will receive an SMS and/or e-mail with the tracking number as soon as the parcel has been dispatched.
Discretion
Parcels are sent in unbranded, opaque packaging, with no contents indicated on the outside.
Card payment (Visa / Mastercard)
You pay securely online on the payment page when you place the order, with no extra fee.
Bank transfer (payment in advance)
Transfer the amount to our account within 7 days – you receive our bank details and a QR code right after the order. Then upload your bank’s payment confirmation; we ship as soon as the money has arrived. Cash on delivery is not available in this store.
Wholesale (B2B)
Approved partners can also pay by bank transfer against an invoice – see Wholesale.
We do not ship on Sundays and public holidays.
