Peptology offers research peptides and scientific materials intended exclusively for scientific research purposes and in vitro applications in a laboratory environment. The products offered on this website:
are not approved medicinal products;
are not medicines;
are not intended for consumption, use or administration in humans or animals;
are not therapeutic agents;
do not diagnose, treat, prevent or relieve any condition, disease or symptom.
By placing an order through this website, the User expressly confirms that they have understood and accepted the above.
These Terms and Conditions („Terms“) govern the relationship between ONLAYN SHOP EKSPRES EOOD, as supplier/seller, and every user of the online store available at https://peptology.eu („Website“). Please read these Terms carefully. Using the Website and placing an order constitute full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. User
„User“ is any natural or legal person who uses the Website and/or places an order through it and who, at the time of the order:
is at least 18 years of age and has full legal capacity;
acts within a lawful scientific, research, academic, laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnological or other related professional activity;
accepts these Terms in full;
confirms that they are ordering the products exclusively for scientific research purposes and in vitro applications.
II. Definitions
Website: the Supplier's online store, available at https://peptology.eu.
Research peptide / Product: a synthetically produced peptide or related scientific material offered exclusively for scientific research purposes, laboratory experiments and in vitro applications. It is not a medicinal product within the meaning of Directive 2001/83/EC and the applicable national legislation.
Order: a request to purchase Products made by the User through the online platform of the Website.
Delivery: the shipment of physical Products from the Supplier to the User via a licensed courier service or other corresponding transport service.
In vitro application: the use of a Product outside a living organism (in a test tube, Petri dish, cell culture or other controlled laboratory environment), within a research activity.
III. Eligibility of Users
The Website and the Products offered are intended exclusively for persons and organisations working in a scientific, research or laboratory field. By placing an order, the User declares and warrants that they:
are at least 18 years of age;
have a legitimate scientific research purpose for the order;
possess the necessary knowledge, equipment and conditions for the safe handling of research materials;
do not intend to use the Products for consumption, use or administration in humans or animals;
do not intend to use the Products for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, veterinary, cosmetic or consumer purposes;
do not intend to resell, redistribute or provide the Products to persons who might use them for non-permitted, non-research or unregulated purposes.
The Supplier reserves the right to refuse, cancel or not fulfil an order where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the User does not meet the above requirements or that the order is not placed for a legitimate scientific research purpose.
IV. Intended purpose and use of the Products
All Products offered on the Website are:
exclusively for scientific research purposes — laboratory analyses, in vitro experiments, chemical or biological characterisation and educational demonstrations in an academic or research environment;
not approved as medicinal products in Bulgaria, in the European Union or in any other jurisdiction, unless expressly stated otherwise;
not intended for use in humans or animals — neither orally, by injection, topically, nor by any other route of introduction or application into a living organism;
non-therapeutic agents and are not intended for the diagnosis, treatment, prevention or relief of any condition, disease or symptom;
not foods, food supplements, cosmetic products or medical devices.
The User understands and accepts that any information on the Website regarding mechanisms of action, scientific studies, preclinical or clinical data, biological properties or possible research applications is provided exclusively for scientific information purposes. This information does not constitute medical advice, instructions for use, a dosage recommendation, a therapeutic recommendation or an encouragement to use in humans or animals.
V. Orders and delivery
1. Ordering procedure
Orders are accepted through the form on the Website.
Upon completing the order, the User confirms acceptance of these Terms by a mandatory check box in the electronic order form, including confirmation that they are at least 18 years of age, accept the Terms and order the Products exclusively for scientific research purposes.
2. Delivery terms and timeframes
The Products are shipped with GLS to the User’s address in Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Latvia, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Portugal and Spain. Delivery takes 3–5 working days after dispatch; shipping costs €5 for orders under €50 and is free from €50.
Indicative delivery times depend on the availability of the Product, the country of delivery and the courier service.
Upon shipment, the User may receive an SMS or e-mail with a tracking link, to the extent provided by the courier service.
Shipments may be sent in discreet, opaque packaging.
The Supplier makes reasonable efforts for the timely processing and shipment of orders but is not liable for delays caused by third parties, courier or customs procedures, force majeure, incorrect delivery data or other circumstances beyond its direct control.
VI. Payment
The available payment methods are displayed upon completing the order and may include, by way of example:
card payment (Visa / Mastercard) on the secure payment page;
bank transfer in advance (the order is shipped once the payment has arrived; unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days); bank transfer against an invoice for approved wholesale (B2B) partners.
The Supplier reserves the right to restrict or change the available payment methods depending on the country, type of order or category of customer.
VII. Return, withdrawal and complaints
Given the specific nature of research peptides and the requirements for stability, purity and packaging integrity, returns are subject to the following conditions:
A return is possible within 14 days of receipt, only if the Product is in fully preserved original packaging, the vials have not been opened, the labels are undamaged and there are no signs of tampering or improper storage.
Opened vials, reconstituted solutions, products with damaged or tampered packaging, or products stored outside the prescribed storage conditions are not accepted for return.
Complaints regarding a defective Product, incorrect delivery or non-conformity with the order are to be submitted in writing to support@peptology.bg within 7 days of receipt, together with photographs, the order number and a detailed description.
In the case of a justified complaint, the Supplier may, depending on the case, replace the Product or refund the amount paid.
The above applies without prejudice to the mandatory rights that may be granted to the User under the applicable consumer protection legislation of the European Union and the User's country of residence, where these apply.
VIII. Responsibility of the User
The User bears full and exclusive responsibility for:
compliance with the applicable legislation in their jurisdiction regarding the acquisition, possession, storage, use, transport and disposal of research peptides and scientific materials;
the proper handling of the Products in accordance with the applicable laboratory safety standards;
the use of the Products exclusively for the stated scientific research purposes;
all consequences arising from the use of the Products in a manner contrary to their intended purpose or these Terms.
The Supplier does not support, encourage or approve any use of the Products outside scientific, research or laboratory activity.
IX. Regulatory status
Peptology / ONLAYN SHOP EKSPRES EOOD is a supplier of research and scientific materials. The Supplier:
is not a pharmacy;
is not a distributor of medicinal products;
is not a healthcare facility;
does not offer medical consultations, diagnosis or treatment;
does not issue prescriptions or other forms of medical recommendation;
does not act as an intermediary for the sale of medicinal products.
The Supplier offers the Products as research materials, outside the scope of their use as medicines, medical devices, food supplements, foods or cosmetics. Users seeking treatment, advice, diagnosis or a medicinal product should contact a licensed physician, pharmacist or other competent healthcare professional.
X. Limitation of liability
The Products are provided „as is“, without express or implied warranties as to a particular purpose, result or fitness, beyond conformity with the stated specifications and, where provided, the corresponding laboratory certificate of analysis.
The Supplier is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, unauthorised use or inability to use the Products, except in cases where such liability cannot be excluded under mandatory applicable law.
The Supplier is not liable for damages caused by the use of the Products in a manner contrary to their stated research purpose, these Terms or the applicable law.
The information on the Website regarding scientific studies, mechanisms, biological activity or research applications is provided exclusively for informational and scientific purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of a result for a specific Product or experiment.
The Supplier reserves the right to change the range of Products, prices, descriptions, available payment and delivery methods, as well as these Terms, without prior notice; the changes take effect from the moment of their publication on the Website.
XI. Amendments to the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. The new version is published on the Website and takes effect from the date of publication, unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Website after the publication of the changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
XII. Protection of personal data
The processing of Users' personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on the Website, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable legislation. The User acknowledges that, in order to fulfil the order, the processing of data such as name, address, e-mail, telephone, payment data and delivery data may be necessary.
XIII. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Bulgaria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to the User under the law of the European Union or the User's country of residence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Website or orders placed through it shall be resolved amicably and, failing that, by the competent courts in accordance with the applicable law. Consumers in the EU may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
